Wines are meticulously selected from some of the best producers in France, neighbouring European countries and the New World Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, South and North America.

Latest technology
These are shipped to Mâcon where they are bottled using the latest technology to ensure quality is maintained. The facility includes one line for larger bottle sizes which runs at 8,000 bottles per hour and two lines dedicated to small bottles, running at 16,000 and 8,000 bottles an hour. These incorporate a unique production process designed to overcome the challenges involved in the bottling of smaller sizes, enhancing quality and extending shelf life. |

High performance
For over a decade Paul Sapin SA has been working with PET bottles as well as glass, and most recently has been instrumental in the production of the new high performance Multi-Layer PET bottle aimed at increasing shelf life and offering environmental benefits.
In 2007 Paul Sapin SA produced over 40 million bottles, 12 million of which were PET.
